- Proof of Billing- If the billing is not under your name, please provide
- Certificate of Tenancy & ID of House Owner or Barangay
- Certificate/Clearance
- Certificate of Employment (Original and notarized, with salary compensation and monthly breakdown)
All copies of ID should be clear, front, and back*
- Photocopy of Job Contract (to be authenticated to Phil Embassy on the country of your residence)-if new contract no need for the Stamp of Phil Embassy
- Photocopy of Passport , with 3 signatures
- Special Power of Attorney under Bank (Notarized or Consularized)
- Cedula and 2 Govt Id of Atty in fact or Representative (Family members only)
- 1×1 pics of the buyer 4 pcs ( should not be scanned/ glossy)
- Proof of Billing (original Meralco/Maynilad) & Brgy Clearance of Atty in Fact
- Birth Certificate
